The office runs smoothly and efficiently due to the hard work and dedication of the support staff, who are invaluable in the day-to-day functions of the office. The staff consists of full and part-time personnel, who make certain that all current and potential clients are treated with the respect and consideration they deserve.


Kaitlin grew up in Massachusetts, and later moved to North Texas. She is a graduate of Argyle High School in Argyle, TX..  Upon graduating from high school, she attended the University of Arkansas where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.

Kaitlin joined the Law Offices of Derbha H. Jones in early 2014, and has become an integral part of the team. She assists the attorneys in all areas of the practice from front office duties  to courtroom preparation. Kaitlin looks forward to meeting and assisting clients and potential clients in any way she can. Kaitlin is the initial contact that  most clients see. She strides to make sure that client needs are met, and that they are treated in the most courteous and respectful manner.

While in college, Kaitlin was active in her sorority, AOII, as well as other on-campus groups. Kaitlin plans to attend law school in the near future.

In her spare time, she enjoys attending sporting events/concerts, reading, traveling and spending time with her friends and family. Kaitlin is also an active member of the University of Arkansas Alumni Association.



Krystle is originally for Austin, TX. and is the eldest of nine children.  She is a graduate of  Texas Woman’s University where she majored in Legal Studies.

After graduating from TWU, Krystle worked as an  administrative  assistant  in the Dallas area before  joining our team at the Law Office of Derbha H. Jones.  Krystle performs a variety of task at the office that included  courtroom preparation, document prepartion  as well as assisting with front office relater duties. Krystle and all staff members look forward to meeting and assisting clients and future clients with their legal needs.

Krystle is also an active volunteer for both CASA and Legal Aid of Northwest Texas. Krystle plans to continue her education and one day would like to  own a  children’s home. When not working, Krystle enjoys attending festivals and spending time with family and friends.
